イッチ２６を入れる。このスイッチは固定椅子７の数だ
けあり、調理人は料理を届けたいテーブル賑のスイッチ
２６を入れる。スイッチ２６は駆動モーター１７を始動
させ、パレット１２が動き出す。又このスイッチ２６は
料理を届けたいテーブル−の所のリミットスイッチ門１
のみを作動可能にする。リミ・トスイ・チ２１は、固定
椅子７と対応して同数設けられている＠回り出したパレ
ットは届けたいテーブル−の所に来ると、当り２２がリ
ミットスイッチ２１を作動させ、モータを止め、パレッ
トは停止する。客は料理をヒンジ式透明カバー２３を紬
