を有し前記風向及び/又は風速に対応した電気信号を受

又は風速側に複数配設されたサンプラーと吸引ポンプと

び/又は風速計により検知された風向及び/又は風速に
対応する捕集装置の作動機構を作動させてそのサンプラ
ーに浮遊粒子状物質等を捕集するように構成したことを
