PURPOSE:To increase a width of adjustment for height of a car, by guiding each pressurized oil to an oil chamber in the upper side of a rubber mount and the second oil chamber in the bottom side in a device applied to front wheels of an automobile. CONSTITUTION:A piston 22, in which a cylindrical member 15 of an internal peripheral surface is used as a peripheral cylinder, is fitted in a rubber mount 10 to form an upper side of the piston to an oil chamber 21, and pressurized oil is separately introduced from an external hydraulic pressure source to the chamber 21 through an oil supply port 23 in the upper side. The piston 22 is supported from the bottom side through a thrust member 25 by a cylindrical supporting member 24 extended upward from a spring seat 6 in the upper side of a shock absorber 2, in this way, introduction of said pressurized oil expands the chamber 21 upward, and a car body 9 is pressed by the chamber 21 and moved upward.
