Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a ''GIMMEN'' cloth (i.e. artificial leather) which is durable and is provided with a clear pattern, by a method wherein a film is provided on a transfer paper by coating, a pattern is printed on the film, and the printed side of the film is adhered to a cloth. CONSTITUTION:After providing the film on the transfer paper by an ordinary transfer coating system, the film is provided with a pattern or a color by printing or the like. Then, the film provided with the pattern on the transfer paper is adhered onto a cloth such as a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric by transfer coating. The adhesion may be achieved by using an adhesive or by pressing under heating. The ''GIMMEN'' cloth thus obtained has the colorant such as a dye or a pigment located intermediately between the film and the cloth, so that the colorant will not be lost by friction, washing or the like. In addition, since the colorant is adhered directly to the film, a clear color pattern can be maintained.

Various products of time-opening fabrics, which are generally called synthetic leathers, are commercially available, including woodcutter's leather and urethane bag-type processed fabrics (V-), and those with printed patterns that are designed to be fashionable are also made. This printed pattern is usually printed with pigments on the fabric, so the color and pattern often wear off and disappear due to friction during use. This is a problem, and if you try to improve the durability, Since a fixing agent is used, there is a disadvantage that the texture becomes hard. Another method has been adopted in which the fabric is coated with a transparent film, but this method has the disadvantage that the colors tend to be dull because adhesive is used to attach the film. be.

In view of the above-mentioned C, the present invention provides a method for photographing a durable and clear printed fabric by attaching the printed side of the film to the fabric, thereby creating a colored portion between the fabric and the film. This was done with a focus on the fact that it can get stuck in.

To explain the present invention in more detail, a film film that opens at times is produced on a transfer paper by coating using a normal transfer coding method, and then a pattern or coloring is applied to the coated film by printing or the like. In this case, pigments and dyes are used as coloring agents, but these need to be selected to be suitable for the components of the fissim coating, which will be released from time to time. If the dye contains a dye agent or the like and migration of the dye is large, it is necessary to avoid using the dye and use a pigment instead. As for the method of printing, the usual printing method is sufficient, but the duplex printing method is suitable.
transfer coat the film onto the fabric. In this case, adhesives may be used, as is conventionally done, or thermocompression bonding may be used.

Since the method of the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, the coloring agent such as dye or pigment is located between the fiber and the fabric in the time-opened fabric having the obtained pattern, so that physical external forces such as friction or washing may be applied. It is possible to obtain a time-opening fabric with a colored pattern and excellent durability, which is completely unaffected by external chemical forces. Furthermore, since the coloring agent is applied directly to the film, although it is shielded by the aesthetic film, there is no shielding by the adhesive layer, which tends to cause diffused reflection, so that a clear colored pattern can be maintained. Further, in the method of the present invention, since the pattern is directly applied to the film, there is no need to use a fixing agent, so that the feel of the cII product is not impaired.

A micron film was fabricated. I prepared 520 smooth using Medieste Schiff 5d, which had a 0-order scouring finish on which a floral pattern was flinted with a gravure stamp using pigment, and the above film was pasted on this smooth using a transfer method. A time-opening fabric with a soft texture and a clear floral pattern was obtained.
