Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. トナー像を転写した用紙を、少くとも一方に電気発熱体
    を内蔵させたヒートローラーを含む一対のローラーに挾
    持して搬送させることにより上記トナー像を上記用紙に
    定着させるものにおいて、上記発熱体を上記ヒートロー
    ラーの芯部の外表面に沿って面状に配設し、かつこの発
    熱体をトナーに対する離型性のよい絶縁層で覆うととも
    に、上記発熱体を正の温度係数番車する半導体で構成し
    てなる事を特徴とする定着装置。
