ブ連結部の部分破断図、第５図はサブチャンバ閉塞端取
付部の側面図である。 尚図面中１０は排気管、１６はサブチャンバ、１６ａは
上流端、１６ｂは閉塞下流端である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気管の一部に排気通路と連通し、末端部を閉、塞しに
    サブチャンバを設けてなる排気装置において、排気管を
    上流から下流に屈曲させるとともに、排気管の上流部に
    サブチャンバの上流端を固着し、チャンバの閉塞下流端
    を排気管の前記上流部の下流側に固着するようにしたこ
    とを特徴とする排気装置。
