本発明はメタン発酵槽の溢水管装置に関するもので、そ
の目的は溢水管のメンテナンスの向上をはかるところに

第1図は従来の溢水管を配設したメタン発酵槽の一実施
例である。100は発酵槽、101は水中ポンプ、10

液面は発酵槽100の内圧の分だけ発酵槽1の液面より
高い位置にある。このような溢水管の構成においては、
長期間放置しておくと、溢水管103内の上部液面には
、スカムあるいは未処理の廃棄物が浮き、溢水管をつま
らせることになる。また液中の重量物は溢水管103の
入口部分103aに沈澱し、この入口部分103aをつ
まらせてしまうことになる。そのため溢水管について定
期的にメンテナンスをする必要がある。しかし上記のよ
うな溢水管構成では、溢水管103を構成する部品を分
解してしまうか、又は溢水管1o3の出口からパイプク
リーナ等を入れて、管内でつ寸っている物を取りのぞか
なければならず、その作業は非常に面倒なものとなる1
、本発明はこうした従来の欠点を解消するもので、以下

ある。8は上記分岐管7とパルプ6との間に形成された
沈澱部である。なお他の構成は第1図のものと同様であ

いたとしても、サイホン切り4を取り外し、上から棒等
で押し出すことで解決できる。まだ蓋6はパルプ6が異
物等のかみ込みや、摩耗によって確実に閉らなくなった
場合でも確実に止水するものであり、価格の高いパルプ
を交換する必要もない。つまり、パルプ6は、蓋6が容
易に取り付けられる程度に止水できればよいものである
