In this type of washing machine, the whirlpool water flow generated by the pulsator strongly hits the circumferential wall of the rotating tub in the centrifugal direction on the side where the pulsator is arranged, and an upward water flow component is generated. Replacement movements are encouraged. Since such an up-and-down movement contributes to improving the cleaning effect, there has recently been a desire for further activation of such movement.

However, if the pulsator is simply arranged eccentrically, even if an upward water flow component is generated on the side where the pulsator is placed, if a downward water flow is not actively generated on the side opposite to the pulsator, the generation of upward water flow will be insufficient as a result. Although the pulsator was placed in the center (the movement of turning the laundry up and down) was good, it was still insufficient, and there was a concern that the effect of placing the pulsator eccentrically could not be fully utilized.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. Reference numeral 1 denotes an outer box of a dehydrating washing machine, inside of which a water tank 3 is elastically suspended via a hanging rod 2 of an elastic support mechanism. A rotary tank 5, which serves as both a washing tank and a dehydration tank, is provided in which a large number of dehydration holes 4 are formed. Reference numeral 6 denotes a balance ring attached to the upper end of the rotating tank 5, and its lower surface 6a faces into the rotating tank 5. Reference numeral 7 denotes a housing fixed to the outer bottom of the water receiver FJ 3, into which a dewatering shaft 8 is freely inserted and supported, and a wash 89 is rotatably inserted and supported into this dewatering @B. Reference numeral 10 denotes a motor, the rotational force of which is selectively transmitted to the washing shaft 9 and the dewatering shaft 8 (6) through a well-known clutch mechanism 11. On the other hand, a recess 12 for accommodating a pulsator is formed in the rotary tank 5 by a predetermined eccentricity, and a bottom plate 13 is fixed to the lower surface, so that the open lower surface of the recess 12 is closed. and,
A bottom plate 13 as shown in No. 81 is added to the upper end of the dewatering shaft 8 protruding into the water receiving tank 3, and the dehydrating shaft 8 and the rotary tank 5 are directly connected with each other. 14 is a gear case fixed approximately at the center of the recess 12; 15 is a sita pulsator disposed concentrically so as to cover the other gear cases 14; It is designed to be rotationally driven. 16 is a back blade formed integrally with the pulsator 15;
The gear case 14 is placed in the recess 12 on the outer peripheral edge of the lower surface of the gear case 14.
It is formed in such a way that it can be rolled up. 17 is rotation 41v5
This is a four-striped section 18 formed on the peripheral wall of the rotary tank 5 on the opposite side of the pulsator 15 so as to extend vertically and bulge outward, with a cover 19 covering it. , the lower end is curved along the inner bottom of the rotating tank 5 (4) to communicate with the recess 12, and the upper part is arranged approximately horizontally along the lower surface 6a of the balance ring B and downward from the lower surface 6a. It is curved so as to protrude inwardly from the rotating tank 5 in a protruding state, and its discharge port 17a is opened inwardly at the inner peripheral portion of the balance ring 6. Reference numeral 20 designates a bag-shaped filter, which has a mounting ring 21 attached to its opening edge, and this mounting ring 21 is removably attached to a mounting seat 22 provided on the outside of the discharge port 17a. Circulation path 1
It is connected to the discharge port 17a of No. 7, thereby collecting lint from the washing water flowing through the circulation path 17. 25 is a slope plate part which is a slope part, and this is a circulation path 17
Of these, it extends integrally from the cover 19 toward both left and right sides so as to be present on both left and right sides of the upper part that protrudes inwardly from the lower surface part 6a of the balance ring 6, and its tip touches the lower surface part 6a. The lower surface 6a of the balance ring 6
The cover 19 side is formed to be inclined downward.

Next, the effect of the above m formation will be explained. When the laundry is put into the rotating tub 5 along with the detergent and the time switch 24 is set, the water supply valve shown in the figure opens and water is supplied into the rotating tub 5. When a predetermined water level is reached, the water level switch shown in the illustration opens. is activated, and based on this, the water supply valve is closed and the motor 10 is started. As a result, the washer 4419 rotates, and the granite wheel 1
Detergent washing is carried out by rotating the pulsator 15 by turning it left and right at predetermined time intervals through a motion mechanism. During this detergent washing, a pulsator 15 is installed at the inner bottom of the rotating tank 5.
The rotation of the rotating tank 5 generates a whirlpool water flow that rotates while facing in the centrifugal direction, and this whirlpool water flow tilts upward toward the peripheral wall.
The water hits the peripheral wall along the slope of the inner bottom, creating an upward water flow that rises along the peripheral wall.

However, in this embodiment, since the pulsator 15 is eccentrically arranged at the inner I corner, the vortex water flow hits the peripheral wall of the rotating tank 5 with a stronger force on the side where the pulsator 15 is arranged than on the side opposite to the device, and a strong upward water flow is generated. .

Therefore, the water flow in the rotating tub 5 as a whole moves in a complex manner, rotating and rising on the side where the pulsator 15 is disposed, and the laundry also moves along with this movement.

When the water flow and the laundry that have risen to near the water surface turn around along the inner circumferential wall of the rotating tub 5 and reach the side opposite to the pulsator 19, they are forced to descend against one of the slopes 25. Return to the inner bottom of the rotating tank 5 (arrow A in Figure 3)
#Sho). In addition, when the pulsator 19 is reversed and a vortex water flow in the opposite direction is generated, the water flow and the laundry are transferred to the pulsator 19.
On the opposite side, the laundry hits the other inclined plate 23 and is forcibly lowered in the same way as described above (red arrow B in Figure 3).1 Therefore, the laundry is not only rotated but also vertically exchanged υ. The washing becomes more active, and the washing is done thoroughly without any uneven washing. When the detergent washing process described above is completed, a draining process and a dehydrating process are performed, and then a rinsing process, a draining process, and a dehydrating process are repeated multiple times in order, and the entire process is completed.

In this embodiment, the slope portion is formed by the flat slope plate portion 23, but the present invention is not limited to this, and as shown in FIGS. Circulation path 1
A plurality of approximately triangular guide lips 24 are formed between a pair of vertical ribs 6b, 6b and the lower surface 6a, into which the cover 19 of 7 can be fitted, thereby forming a lower edge of the guide rig 24. may be configured to be inclined downward toward the cover 19, and even in this case, it is possible to take advantage of the whirlpool water flow to sufficiently lower the laundry being spun by the guide ribs 24. (See arrows A and B in Figure 4)
, it is possible to achieve the intended purpose.

As described above, the present invention allows the laundry to be forcibly lowered to the bottom of the rotating tank on the opposite side of the pulsator, thereby making it possible to make the upper and lower movement of the laundry more active, thereby improving the cleaning effect.
