Traditionally, dehydration and rinsing is an effective method of rinsing by spraying water (CI) on the laundry after washing with detergent and dehydrating it, and the idea is to do this with dehydrating and dehydrating washing machines as well. There is. [7] In conventional washing machines with both dehydration and dehydration, this is done by supplying water from the water inlet of the water supply device to the inside of the rotating washing and dehydrating tank, that is, the center of the rotating tank. Therefore, there was a drawback that water could not be directly and effectively applied to the laundry, which was scattered around the nuclides due to the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the tank.

Now, in this embodiment configured as above, the operation is carried out sequentially in the steps shown in FIG. The rotary tub 2 is rotated intermittently, whereby the laundry in the rotary tub 2 is first supplied with water and dehydrated, and then the dehydrated laundry is only supplied with water and rotated [2]. Combined with the moderate centrifugal force caused by inertial rotation, this method allows water to seep out evenly, then dehydrates while supplying water again, and then repeats the process of only supplying water. Perform dehydration rinsing to effectively remove detergent content. Regarding the water supply at that time, water is supplied from the water source from the water supply gutter 28 to the water splash prevention plate 19 on the sprinkler 15 based on the opening of the water supply valve 27 of the water supply device @29. When water is supplied to
Drop it to 15. After that, this water is transferred to the rotary tank 2 from the small water passage hole 16 on the entire periphery of the bottom 15a of the water sprinkler (6) 15.
It is diffusely supplied to the inner periphery. Since the laundry scattered by the centrifugal force of the rotating tub 2 is scattered around the inner circumference of the rotating tub 2, the water supplied as described above is effectively applied to the laundry. . If the amount of water supplied is too small, water will concentrate in the deep bottom part during watering M15, so
This can be determined by visual inspection.

Here, if the water sprinkler 15 is temporarily located away from the upper end of the rotating tank 2, a portion of the water diffused and supplied from the water sprinkler 15, especially from the water passage small hole 16 on the outermost periphery, is removed. The water that flows is drawn onto the inner surface of the balance ring 6 and is directly dispersed to the outside of the rotating tank 2 by centrifugal force, resulting in waste that does not contribute to dewatering and rinsing.

However, in this embodiment, an air circulation path 50 (for convenience) is formed at the upper end of the rotating tank 2 by the inner and outer surfaces of the upper end of the rotating tank 2, the inner surface of the tub cover 14, the peripheral wall 15b of the sprinkler 15, etc., as shown in FIG. It is ensured that the water flowing down from the water passage hole 16 on the outermost circumference due to the air flow passing through the air circulation path C7) 30 immediately adheres to the inner surface of the balance ring 6. is prevented. That is, the details are as follows. Under the condition that the rotary tank 2 rotates, the 1M1 rotary tank 2 exhibits an effect similar to that of a so-called centrifugal fan, although there are differences in the strength and weakness of the function.
It is discharged outward from a. Then, a part of the discharged air flows downward, passes through the drain port 11 and the drain hose 13, and is discharged to the outside of the machine, and the other part flows toward one side and is placed between the tub cover 14 and the upper end of the rotating tank 2. Therefore, here, the bottom part 15a of the water sprinkler 15 is located below the upper end of the rotating tank 2, so that the peripheral wall part 15b of the water sprinkler 15 is connected to the rotating tank 2.
Since the air enters the inside of the rotary tank 2, the air is returned to the rotary tank 2 by the peripheral wall 15b of the water sprinkler 15, and is circulated around the upper end of the rotary tank 2, thereby improving air circulation. Road 3
o is formed. As a result, the water flowing down from the water passage hole 16 on the outermost circumference of the sprinkler 15 is shielded from the balance ring 6, so that the water is not attached to the balance ring B (8). In general, all of the water is splashed onto the laundry, further improving the dewatering and rinsing efficiency. In addition, since the water sprinkler 15 is positioned like a lid that covers the upper end opening of the rotating tank 2, even when the lid 26 is opened during dehydration or dehydration rinsing, the rotating tank 2 continues to rotate due to inertia. This prevents the user from touching the rotary tub 2 with their hands, thereby providing sufficient protection for the user of the rotating tub 2, and furthermore, prevents the supplied water from splashing onto the laundry when water is supplied. The water sprinkler 15 can prevent the water from leaking out of the rotating tank 2 due to water leakage.Furthermore, since the water sprinkler 15 is provided with a splash prevention plate 19, the water in the water sprinkler 15 can be prevented from flowing out of the rotating tank 2 during dewatering. It also prevents it from popping out due to vibrations, etc. In addition, since the water drain hole 14b is formed in the tub cover 14, the diameter of which decreases toward the bottom, the water draining effect on the top surface of the tub cover 14 is promoted well, and conversely, water is reliably flowed out from below. To prevent. Also, when putting in and taking out laundry, the lid 23 is closed as shown in Figure 5.
The water sprinkler 15 can also be opened (9) following the opening of the sprinkler 15, making it very easy to use.

In addition, regarding the specific method of "dehydration rinsing", it may be performed while continuously supplying water and also continuously rotating the rotating tank 2 at a constant speed.

In the above embodiment, the rotating tank 2 is composed of a tank main body 5 and a balance ring 6, but the rotating tank may not have a balance ring at the upper end. It is also possible to have a dehydration hole only in the tube.

As explained above, the present invention forms an air circulation path at the upper end of the rotating tank, and the air flow prevents the water diffused and supplied from the water sprinkler into the rotating tank from splashing on the inner surface of the upper end of the rotating tank. As a result, the water diffused and supplied by the water sprinkler can be used for dehydration rinsing without wasting it, and the dehydration rinsing effect can be greatly improved. Since a water sprinkler is used, the above effects can be obtained without complicating the configuration.
