部を嵌合押圧する溝を有する下刃用キャップを、本体の
下刃受台保持部の後端位置まで押入された下刃受台と対
向して上下に起伏開閉させ得るように該キャップの後端
部を本体の下刃受台保持部の後部に枢着し、しかも、上
記下刃用キャップの倒伏閉合時の前端部に係合して締付
けをなす締付ボルトを上下に起伏回動させ得るように、
該ボルトの下端を本体の下刃受台保持部の前部に枢着し
たから、下刃交換時、前面の締付ボルトを緩るめて下方
に倒伏させ、キャップを後方に起立開放させて下刃受台
と共に下刃を前面に引き出し、上刃の位置から外してク
レーン等で容易に吊下げ運搬させることができ、また、
新しい下刃を下刃受台と共に下刃受台保持部上に載置し
、これをレールを案内として後方に位置決め状態で押入
でき、上からキャップを倒伏閉合させ、締付ボルトを起

得るように該キャップの後端部を本体の下刀受台保持部
の後部に枢着し、しかも、上記下刃用キャップの倒伏閉
合時の前端部に係合して締付けをなす締付ボルトを上下
に起伏回動させ得るように、該ボルトの下端部を本体の
下刃受台保持部の前部に枢着したことを特徴とする剪断
機の切断刃保持機構。
