Ｂ線における切断面図、第６図は振動装置のエアー回路
図である。 図中、１は処理槽、７は炉布、１３は吊金具、１４は昇
降装置、１６はカブブー、１７はワ、イヤ、２０は振動
装置、２２はエアーシリンダー、２３はピストンロッド
、２７．２７はアーム、２８はフック、３０はエアーコ
ンプレッサー、３２はエアーメイン回路、３５はエアー
バイパス回路を示す。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　粉体処理槽内を区画状態に炉布群を懸吊張架
    せしめた粉体処理装置にあって、炉布を懸下せしめた吊
    り金具を、カプラーを介してワイヤ等を具備した昇降装
    置と着脱自在に連繋する一方、前記吊り金具の上昇位置
    に振動装置を配し、吊り金具と振動装置とを着脱自在に
    連繋せしめ、振動装置駆動時、昇降装置と吊り金具の連
    繋を解除せしめうる構造とした粉体処理機における炉布
    の懸吊、振動装置。
  2. （２）前記振動装置は、この装置を構成するフックを取
    付けた１対のアームの揺動運動をエアーシリンダより伸
    びるピストンロッドの伸縮運動により変換せしめる機構
    よりなり、エアーシリンダへのエアー供給用メインエア
    ー回路とは別にエアー供給量を減少せしめたバイパスエ
    アー回路を併設せしめている実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の粉体処理機における炉布の懸吊、振動装置。
