Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. なわ梯子、ベルト、ロープ、ワイヤーロープ、チェノ等
    の装置５に重量を掛け（重量とは人間又は荷物）自重に
    より回転を得る。得たその回転により生ずる遠心力で、
    ガバナー１が作動し、リンク６を通じオイルシリンダー
    ２を押し得た油圧で、オイルシリンダー３の油圧でブレ
    ーキシュー４を押し広げる事により、回転にブレーキが
    掛り、回転を一定回転数に、制御出来る。なわ梯子、ベ
    ルト、ロープ、ワイヤーロープ、チェノ等の装置５は、
    エンドレスの原理で無限に連続して回転する。
