体的構成の一例を示すブロック図、第５図及び第６図は
本考案の動作説明用タイミングチャートである。
第２図において、１は駆動電圧安定化回路、４はスイッ
チング素子、５は導通状態検出回路、７は導通チェック

信号発生から所定時間経過した後に、該検出手段の検出
々力を監視し、再度異常信号を発生している時アラーム
信号を発生する監視手段とを備えてなる誤検出防止装置
