Abstract

PURPOSE:To stack even the paper with a winding trend or a wrinkle easily by providing a guide guiding and reversing the discharged paper at the support section of a stacker. CONSTITUTION:The paper 2 fed out by a discharge roller 1 is accepted along a guide 8, and when the lower tip 2a of the paper 2 attains an attitude reaching a joint section 8 as shown by a symbolI, the center of gravity of the paper 2 is located at a position on a storage section 7 side from the tip section 2a of the paper 2 serving as a fulcrum, thereby the paper 2 is rotated with the tip section 2a acting as a center so as to attain an attitude as shown by a symbol II, thus it is reversed and stored in the storage box 7 without difficulty.

A conventional stacker for a 7-axis device is constructed as shown in FIG. That is, in FIG. 1, 1 is a discharge roller, 2 is paper such as a document or received recording, and 3 is a stacker.

In this way, the conventional stacker 3 is installed at the paper 2 discharge port and is configured to stack the paper 2 to be discharged. Therefore, if the paper 2 is not curled, it will be stacked, but if the paper 2 containing a wrinkled original or a received image with curl is ejected, the trailing edge of the paper 2 that was sent first will overlap. The leading edge of the next sheet of paper 2 was often caught and jammed. Moreover, since the jam occurrence position is close to the discharge port, not only the sheets 2 to be discharged thereafter are not stacked, but also become caught in the discharge roller 1, causing a major terminal failure. In addition, if paper 2 is a document for transmission, in a facsimile machine that sets it face up or face down and sends it sequentially from the top, it is stacked on stacker 3 in the reverse order of setting, so it must be rearranged after one communication is completed. This has the disadvantage of placing a burden on the operator.

This invention was made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and it guides the ejected original or paper (such as one stroke) by a guide provided in the stacker, and after the ejecting operation, the leading edge of the paper is used as a fulcrum. It is designed to be rotated and stacked in the storage section, and its purpose is to facilitate the stacking of curled or wrinkled paper, and when sending paper originals sequentially from the top, there is no need to rearrange them after transmission. This invention provides a stacker for a 77 comb machine with excellent operability. The present invention will be described below.

First, the paper 2 sent out by the ejection roller 1 is

At this time, the paper 2 has the IK shape shown in 1 in the figure, and the guide 6
Therefore, the center of gravity of the paper 2 is located at the storage section TIIK from the tip 2& of the paper 2, which is the fulcrum, so the paper 2 rotates around the tip 2a and is stored in the storage 17 as shown by IK. In such an operation, the ejecting operation and the stacking operation are completely separated, and after the ejecting operation, the paper 2 is stacked easily due to the force acting on the paper 2, so it is possible to store the paper 2 that is slightly curled or wrinkled. This is particularly advantageous when storing received images using rolled recording paper that has many curls. Furthermore, it is easier to stack layers than by changing the angle θ of the joint portion 80 due to the curly shape 11.

Furthermore, as shown by the broken line in FIG. 2, if the angle φ that is inclined toward the opposite side of the storage PsT with respect to the vertical plane of the support section 4 is increased, the rotation around the leading edge 2a of the paper 2 that has reached the bond 1llI is The moment becomes large, making rotation and stacking easier. In this case, the guide 6 is not necessarily required if the angle ψ is sufficiently large.

The paper 2 set in the order of...,... is reversed to the set order...,..., ■, 1. They are stacked on the stacker 3 in the order of I. Therefore, it is necessary to rearrange the sheets 2 after the communication ends. In contrast, Figure 3 (
b) In the stacker of the present invention shown in K, the documents are stacked in the order in which they are set, so there is no need to rearrange the documents, which are the sheets 2, and the stacker is excellent in operability. In addition, the paper is ejected upward so that the screen of the received image can be viewed immediately, so there is no need to rearrange the paper.

In addition, in the stacker for a 77-comb, 4-seater device of the present invention, the paper 2 is used for both storing originals for transmission and received images, and the temperature is also good and the stacker is not limited to one type. Further, the upper end of the support part 4 may not be fixed, but may be rotatably supported by a trap or support shaft 5. In this case, the angle ψ gradually increases as the sheets 2 are stacked, or there is no problem with stacking.

As explained above, the present invention allows sheets such as ejected originals or received images to be rotated by the guide provided on the support 4 of the stacker, and then to stack the sheets without any force. Yong J! IK lamination can be done. Further, when transmitting paper sequentially from above, or when discharging received images with the recording side facing upward, there is an advantage that rearrangement after communication is not necessary, so operability is excellent.
