Abstract

PURPOSE:To finish the surface of a blank material like natural stone having various shapes by a simple method by press sticking and fixing inorg. granules on the surface of the blank metallic material. CONSTITUTION:Granules 2 of black and other colors are blown by a shot blasting method or the like using compressed air onto a blank material 1 made of Al or the like annealed after drawing so that the granules are gnawed into the surface 1a of the blank material. While part of the granules 2 are held projected from the surface 1a, the granules are press-stuck and fixed to form recesses 4 on the surface 1a. The recessed parts 4 provide a matting effect on the surface 1a of the material 1. The recessed part reflect rays according to the incident directions thereof, thus providing the surface 1a like natural stone. Alternately, the inorg. granules 2 are seated on the surface of the metallic blank material such as a plate or the like and the material is passed between rolls or the like to press-stick and fix the granules 2. According to such method, the metallic material suited for materials for buildings such as columns of gates is obtained by working in a short time.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.
, 2 As shown in Figure 2, this metal material is the surface 1 of an aluminum cylindrical material 1 processed as a floor support or pouch.
A black inorganic granule 2 is crimped and fixed in a biting state,
A transparent synthetic resin coating 3 is formed on its surface. The granules 2 are, for example, slag, and the component thereof is F.

The metal material 1 is made of annealed cylindrical aluminum, and may also be made of copper, brass, iron, or an alloy thereof having a hardness equivalent to this. Further, the granules may be made of an inorganic material, such as ceramic, in addition to slag.

Next, the manufacturing method will be explained. The shot 7 last method was applied to the drawn and annealed aluminum material 1.
The black particles 2 are sprayed at an air pressure of 5 kg/cm2. Then, 1/4 of the granules 2 that have been sprayed will bite into the entrance surface 1a of the material 1 as shown in Fig. 2, and will be crimped and fixed in a state that protrudes from the surface 1a by about 0.5n+m. . In addition, the remaining 3/4 of the sprayed particles 2 are on the surface 1a of the material 1.

++m or less fine four parts 4 are formed. These four parts 4 function to make the surface 1a of the material matte, and also reflect light depending on the incident direction of the light beam. Therefore, the black granules 2 are crimped and fixed to the surface 1a of the gray material 1, making the metal material look more like natural stone.

In the case of a plate-shaped metal material, as shown in FIG. It is also possible to manufacture the particles 2 by placing them on the surface 1a of the material 1 and pressing and fixing the particles 2 to the surface 1a of the material 1 by the rollers 6.6 when the particles 2 pass through the rollers 6.6.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned cylindrical and plate-shaped metal materials, but also natural stone persimmons, for example, a rectangular tube metal material 1 as shown in Fig. 5, which has engaging pieces 8 and 9 at its upper and lower ends. Furthermore, by filling the cylinder of the material 1 with the foam material 10, even when the surface 1a of the material 1 is struck with a hammer or the like, no metallic sound is generated, making it even more natural. It can be finished to look like stone.

As is clear from the above description, since the present invention is formed by pressing and fixing inorganic particles into the surface of a metal material, it is possible to finish the surface of the metal material to look like natural stone, and the processing is easy. Inorganic particles can be easily manufactured by blowing compressed air onto the surface of the material or crimping and fixing it with a roller, and metal materials can also be easily processed into various shapes by taking advantage of their properties. Because of this, the loading time can be shortened compared to natural stone.
