    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体通路を有するとともに、この通路を開閉する開閉体
    を設けた固定体に、開閉体の接触面に面接触可能な弾接
    接触面を有するシール部を偏えた弾性変形可能な金属シ
    ール部材を取付け、この金属シール部材の弾接接触面お
    よび開閉体の接触面の少なくとも一方に、弾性を有する
    非金属シール部材を被着してなることを特徴とするシー
    ル装置。
