号電圧を周期的に発生するパルス電圧発生器と、電歪素
子を含んで構成されこの電歪素子に前記パルス電圧が印
加されるノズルフラッパと、このノズルフラッパの振動
部に対設され給気圧を受は背圧を導出するノズルと、こ
の背圧を出力圧に変換するパイロット弁と、前記出力圧
を受は電気信号に変換して前記入力信号被供給回路に加
え前記入力信号と平衡させる帰還回路とを備え、前記パ
ルス電圧発生器のパルス信号電圧の周波数を前記電歪素
子の機械的共振周波数に略等しくなるように設定し入力
信号の変化によるパルス信号のパルス幅変化に対応して
前記ノズルの全閉時間比率を変えて、入力信号に応じた
