側面図、第５図は電動機の炭素粉末分離器と付加的な濾
過装置の断面図、第６図は炭素粉末分離器を備えた電動
機冷却ファンめ平面図、第７図は第６図の電動機冷却フ
ァンの断面図、第８図はファンの羽根の一部拡大断面図

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 吸塵用送風機を駆動する電動機を冷却するため循環通路
    内で循環せしめられる空気が送風機により送られる含塵
    空気により冷却される吸塵装置において、含塵空気用吸
    入管片、送風機、吐出管片、および送風機駆動用電動機
    が一体に結合されて吸塵ユニットを形成し、２組の互い
    に対向する側壁と１組の互いに対向する端壁とからなる
    ほぼ直方体状の閉鎖ケーシング内へ、吸塵ユニットの送
    風機、電動機、吸入管片および吐出管片の一部が収容さ
    れて、一方の組の側壁の間へ送風機のハウジングが隙間
    なくはまり、送風機のハウジングと他方の組の側壁との
    間にそれぞれ側面空間が区画され、また電動機および送
    風機ハウジングとケーシングの両端壁との間にそれぞれ
    端面空間が残され、これらの側面空間と端面空間がケー
    シング内において電動機および送風機のまわりに循環通
    路を形成し、吸入管片および吐出管片がケーシングの端
    壁をそれぞれ貫通し、送風機ハウジングに熱交換器が形
    成され、電動機に冷却ファンが設けられ、この冷却ファ
    ンによりケーシング内の循環通路を循環せしめられる電
    動機冷却空気が、吸入管片から送風機を通って吐出管片
    へ送られる含塵空気により、熱交換器を介して冷却され
    ることを特徴とする吸塵装置。
