9を電源(VDD、 VSS)に直列接続した充電回路
と;抵抗回路網13,14、第2のスイッチ22を備え
るとともに内部に分圧点P7を備え且つ上記コンデンサ
19に並列接続した分圧回路と;測定抵抗15.17を
含む測定分枝回路を上記コンデンサ19に並列接続、し
た放電回路と;入力を上記分圧点P7に接続し出力を上
記第1のスイッチ23の制御入力及び上記第2のスイッ
チ22の制御入力に夫々接続したインバータ10;を有
し、上記電流制限抵抗16の抵抗値を上記第2のス、イ
ッチ22が導通したときの上記放電回路と上記分圧回路
の合成抵抗値より小さい範囲で可及的小値に選定し;上
記インバータ10の入力しきい値を上記分圧点の直流バ
イアス値より低く設定しであることを特徴とするマルチ
