【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、空缶回収装置に係るものである。種種の飲料
を飲んだ後の空缶は、いわゆるボイ捨て状態のため、社
会問題化している。本発明は、独特な装置によって、空
缶な投入すれば、自動的にコイン等が出るようにして空
缶の回収を自発的に図かるようにしたものである。以下
図について詳述すると次の通りである。符号1は、空缶
投入部であり、2は空缶排出部である。この空缶投入部
1と空缶排出部2を空缶傾斜通路3で連絡し、該通路3
に空缶検知部4a+ 4bと異物排出n5とを設ける構
成とする。実施例に於いては、空缶検知部4aと4bを
設け、4aに於いて、空缶6の径を測定し、4bに於い
て、空缶6の材質を検知する構成としているが、検知部
を一個の構成として、その検知部に於いて、二ツ以上の
検知項目を検知するようにしてもよい。検知項目は、缶
6の径、材質に限らず、缶6に印した特定のマーク、又
は缶6の色彩等であってもよい。場合によっては、検知
項目は、−ツであってもかまわないが、複数の方が異物
排除に効果があることはい5tでもない。前訂排出靜5
の近傍に空缶回収扉7を設け、この回収扉7の下方に空
缶プレス部8を設ける構成とし、該空缶プレス部8の下
方に材質仕分装置11と回収室10とを設け、前記検知
部4 ’ r4bに於いて、少くとも回収すべき空缶6
の検知を確認した後、コイン出口部9からコインを出す
るよう構成する。以上の構成に於いて、空缶投入部1に
空缶6を投入すると、その空缶6の径が検知部4aに於
いて測定され、次いで空缶6は通路3を移動して異物排
出n5の個所で停止し、検知部4bで、例えばマグネッ
トによりその材質のチェックをうける。前記径と材質の
うちイロ」わか−ツがバスしなかった場合、排出扉5は
矢印の如く、開いて空缶6を系外に放出する。径と材質
がバスすると、回収扉Tが開さ、ヤの下方にある空缶プ
レス台b8に落下してプレスされ板状となって洛下し、
仕分装置11で仕分された後回収室1Uに落下する。仕
分装置11は、図では、マクネット付のコンベア12が
、例えばプレス部8の動作に応じて間欠的に回動し、コ
ンベア8上に落下した板状物をアルミの場合はA室に、
スチールの場合は、じや1板13に当たってB室に回収
するようにしたものである。仕分装置11は、もちろん
−例であるから、どのよ5な構成であってもか1わない
