フォンからの録音信号が入力されると共に再生時には録
音再生兼用磁気ヘッドからの再生信号が入力される前置
増幅回路と、該前置増幅回路からの信号が入力されると
共に録音時及び再生時夫々負荷とし才録音再生兼用磁気
ヘッド及びスピーカーが接続される主増幅回路と、接地
端子、信号端子及び切換接片を有するジャックと、互い
に連動して切換えられると共に夫々第１、第２の端子及
び共通端子を備えた第１及び第２の切換スイッチとより
成り、前記第１切換スイツチの第１、第２端子及び共通
端子を夫々前記前置増幅回路の入力側信号路、前記主増
幅回路の出力側信号路及び前記ジャックの信号端子に接
続すると共に前記第２切換スイツチの第１、第２端子及
び共通端子を夫々内蔵マイクロフォンの出力端子、スピ
ーカーの信号印加端子及び前記ジャックの切換接片に接
