５０〜５２・・・位置検出器、Ｒ，Ｓ・・・圧力室。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 円筒シリンダ、同シリンダ内に摺動自在に嵌装されたピ
    ストン、前記シリンダの両端にそれぞれ取着された蓋、
    前記ピストンから前記シリンダの軸方向に延びて前記蓋
    の少なくとも一方を摺動自在に貫島いたピストンロッド
    、前記ピストンの両側の各圧力室に開閉弁を介して連絡
    した加圧流体供給源、前記各圧力室に各別に連通して設
    けられた逃し弁、前記各圧力室に各別に連通して設けら
    れた排出弁、及び前記ピストンロッドの移動経路に沿っ
    て配設された位置検出器とを具え、前記位置検出器を前
    記排出弁に連絡して前記ピストンの移動中に前記圧力室
    の駆動側の排出弁を開くことを特徴とする往復駆動装置
    。
