定のポンプを起動又は停止制御し、この制御から一定時
間後に設定水位りを現在水位り。に変更して次回の水位
変化量演算に戻る繰り返し制御をなし、現在水位りがポ
ンプ井上限又は下限レベルに達したときには起動又は停
止予定のポンプを起動又は停止制御する制御手段を備え
