Description
産業上の利用分野
本考案は、タイマー運転において希望入時刻に
快適空調となるタイマー運転機能付き空気調和機
に関するものである。
従来の技術
近年、タイマー運転での希望入時刻において室
内温度を設定温度に近づくように、いかに正確な
制御を行うかが、大きな課題となつてきている。
以下図面を参照しながら上述したような従来の
タイマー運転機能付き空気調和機について説明す
る。
第2図は、従来のタイマー運転機能付き空気調
和機(図示せず)のブロツク構成図を示すもので
ある。
1は室内温度を検出する室温センサ、2は室内
温度を設定する温度設定器、3は希望時刻に運転
制御指令信号を出すタイマー設定器、4は室温セ
ンサ1と温度設定器2からの温度信号を受けると
ともに、タイマー設定器3からの希望運転時刻指
令信号を検出し、運転制御をする制御装置から構
成されている。
以上のように構成されたタイマー運転機能付き
空気調和機について、以下その動作について説明
する。
まず、タイマー設定器3により、運転希望入時
刻を検出し、その時刻到達後、制御装置4は、室
温センサ1と温度設定器2との温度信号を検出し
て、運転開始指令を出す。
考案が解決しようとする問題点
しかしながら、上述のような構成では、希望入
時刻において、室温が設定温度と大きな差があつ
た場合、設定温度に到達する迄かなりの時間を要
し、不快感を覚える時間帯が長く、又あらかじめ
予測して希望時刻のかなり前からの運転開始指令
のタイマー設定を日々異なる設定としなければな
らないという欠点を有していた。
本考案は、上記欠点に鑑み、希望入時刻に快適
帯となるよう温度差を考慮し、希望入時刻の所定
時間前の温度差を複数のゾーンに設定し、そのゾ
ーンに従つて、能力制御を行うことを特徴とし、
快適性の向上を得るようにしたタイマー運転機能
付き空気調和機を提供するものである。
問題点を解決するための手段
上記問題点を解決するために本考案のタイマー
運転機能付き空気調和機は、室温センサと温度設
定器との温度差を検出する温度差検出装置と、希
望入時刻を設定するタイマー設定器と、希望入時
刻の所定時間前の温度差を複数のゾーンに設定
し、そのゾーンの温度差に応じて希望入時刻にお
いて室内温度が設定温度により近づくように能力
制御運転指令を出す制御装置から構成されている
ものである。
作 用
本考案は、上記した構成によつて、希望入時刻
の所定時間前における室温と温度設定器との温度
差に応じた能力制御運転をしているため、所定時
間前の温度差が大きい場合においては、希望入時
刻には設定温度に速く近似となるよう最大能力運
転を行い、又温度差が比較的小さい場合は、能力
セーブ運転とすることにより、効率よく快適空調
が得られることとなる。
実施例
以下、本考案の一実施例のタイマー運転機能付
き空気調和機について、図面を参照しながら説明
する。
第1図は、本考案の実施例におけるタイマー運
転機能付き空気調和機のブロツク構成図を示すも
のである。
第1図において、11は電源、12は交流電圧
を直流に変換する整流回路、13は室内温度を検
出する室温センサ、14は室内温度の設定をする
温度設定器、15は希望時刻に運転指令信号を出
すタイマー設定器である。16は室温センサ13
と温度設定器14との温度差を検出する温度差検
出装置、タイマー設定器15の信号を受け、温度
差検出装置16からの信号を把握する制御装置で
あり、これらから構成されている。
以上のように構成されたタイマー運転機能付き
空気調和機について以下、タイマー設定による希

置が簡単になる。
考案の効果
以上のように、本考案は、希望入時刻の所定時
間前に室温を検出し、その室温と設定温度との温
度差が、予め設定した複数のゾーンのうちどのゾ
ーンにあてはまるかを検出し、希望入時刻前から
このゾーンに応じた能力制御をするので、簡単な
構成で、希望入時刻に効果的に快適空調が得ら
