Claims (1)
に圧力蒸気を送り込む蒸気管５と、途中に第二の弁６を
設けて圧力空気を滅菌器内に送り込む空気管７と、第三
の弁８を設けた排気管９とをそれぞれ接続し、蒸気滅菌
器１内の圧力を測定する圧力センサ１６の電気信号を制
御器１５に入力し、蒸気滅菌器１内で滅菌される液体を
入れた瓶３と同一構成のサンプル瓶３ａ内の温度を測定
する温度センサ１３の電気信号を上記制御器１５に入力
し、この制御器１５は、サンプル瓶３ａ内の温度からそ
の圧力を求めて蒸気滅菌器１内の圧力と比較し、サンプ
ル瓶３ａ内の圧力が高い場合は第一の弁４または第二の
弁６を開け、低い場合は第三の弁８を開ける動作をする
