Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定流体の流れに対して順方向と逆方向とに発射され
    た超音波パルスの伝搬時間の差を検出し、この時間差に
    基づいて被測定流体の流量を測定する測定装置であって
    、発振器から発振される一定周波数の発振パルスを計数
    器により計数し、その計数値が設定値に達したとき、逆
    方向伝搬時間測定周期を終了し、次の順方向伝搬時間測
    定周期が同様にして行なわれるようにしｔこ測定装置に
    おいて、前記計数器の出力信号により作動されである一
    定時間出力信号を発信する時限要素を設け、この時限要
    素が動作している間その出力信号により前記発振器の発
    振パルスが前記計数器に案内されないように構成したこ
    とを特徴とする超音波式流量測定装置。
