BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Olefin resin sheets containing inorganic fillers (hereinafter abbreviated as filler olefin sheets) are used for various purposes from the viewpoint of saving resources and maintaining high rigidity. However, the filler olefin sheet has an uneven sheet surface due to the inorganic filler protruding from the sheet surface, which causes light to be diffusely reflected and is essentially a matte material. The gloss on the sheet surface created using the extrusion molding special number ζ cooling mirror roll is obtained by forcibly embedding the protruding inorganic filler into the resin cavity, so it cannot be obtained by secondary processing, such as heating during vacuum forming. When the sheet surface returns to its original molten state, the inorganic filler that has been buried once protrudes from the surface, resulting in the sheet becoming matte. For this reason, filler olefin sheets could not be used in fields requiring gloss.

As a result of various studies aimed at improving these drawbacks, the present invention has been developed by bonding a filler olefin sheet with a polypropylene film, a low-density polyethylene film, or a film made of vinyl acetate-polyethylene copolymer. This is a filler olefin sheet that prevents protrusions and has excellent gloss retention that does not lose its luster even when heated during secondary processing.

First, the filler olefin sheet contains a commonly available commercially available inorganic filler. The film made of polypropylene film, low-density polyethylene film, or vinyl acetate-polyethylene copolymer (hereinafter abbreviated as EVA film) to be laminated thereon is not limited to MI or the like, but its thickness is preferably 20 to 100 μm.

A thinner material is advantageous in terms of cost, but the workability of bonding becomes worse. If it is too thick, it is disadvantageous in terms of cost.

Paste with! During extrusion molding of the filler olefin sheet, a method may be used in which the film is laminated using heat while the sheet is still in a molten state (thermal lamination method), or the filler olefin sheet may be extruded once. You may use the method (dry lamination method) of coating an adhesive on an olefin sheet and laminating a film. The choice between the two depends on economy and workability.

As a result of measuring the surface gloss of the original sheet and the vacuum-formed product using a Nippon Denshoku Kogyo VG-2P type gloss meter, it was found that
As shown in the table, the raw sheet had twice the gloss and the molded product had five times the gloss compared to conventional filler olefin sheets.

Example 2 An EVA film having a thickness of 50 μm was thermally laminated onto the same polypropylene resin sheet as above. The surface gloss of the original sheet and the vacuum-formed product of this sheet were measured in the same way, and as a result, the original sheet had twice the gloss and the molded product had eight times the gloss compared to the conventional product.

Example 3 A polypropylene resin sheet Ic as described above A polypropylene film having a thickness of 40 μm was thermally laminated. As a result of measuring the surface gloss of the original sheet and the vacuum-formed product in the same way, the surface gloss of the original sheet was twice that of the conventional product, and the surface gloss of the molded product was 2 times that of the conventional product.
It had twice the gloss.

As shown in Table 1 above, the present invention provides an extremely superior gloss compared to conventional products, both in the original sheet and in the secondary molded product. As a result, filler olefin sheets can now be used in fields that were previously avoided due to lack of luster, such as refrigerator lining materials, and their industrial value is extremely large.
