図、第２図はこの考案の一実施例である磁性流体シール
装置の軸方向縦断面図、第３図は軸側固定、ケース側回
転構成の磁性流体シール装置にこの考案例を適用したと
きめ軸方向縦断面図である。 ４：内周面に環状微小突起または磁性流体を有する環状
ポールブロック、５′　：磁性体円筒、６：環状微小突
起、７．３１：永久磁石、９：磁性流体。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）回転軸の外周を取囲む一対の環状ポールブロック
    間に永久磁石を橋架し、前記環状ポールブロック内周面
    と前記回転軸に嵌着された磁性体円筒外周面とのうちい
    ずれか一方に複数条の環状微小突起を設け、この環状微
    小突起と対向する面との間に磁性流体を介在せしめるも
    のにおいて、前記磁性体円筒の両端部を軸方向に延長し
    、この延長部分を取囲む環状ポールブロックを別に設け
    、この別に設けた環状ポールブロックと内周面に環状微
    小突起または磁性流体を有する！状ポールブロックとの
    間にも永久磁石を橋架したことを特徴とする磁性流体シ
    ール装置。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の磁性流゛体
    シール装置において、組立・分解部よび回転に支障のな
    い程度に磁性体円筒の延長部分の外径を大きくするかま
    たは別に設けた環状ポールブロックの内径を小さくして
    前記磁性体円筒の延長部分の外周と前記環状ポールブロ
    ックの内周との空隙ができるだけ小さくなるように形成
    したことを特徴とする磁性流体シール装置。
