切換制御する運動負荷制御部と、現在の脈拍数を表示す
る脈拍表示器と、連動負荷表示器とからなり、運動中に
おいて第2および第3のメモリの記憶内容を逐次比較し
、その差が一定値以内で第2のタイマより設定された一
定期間継続した場合に前記運動負荷制御信号により運動
負荷制御部を介して運動負荷を切換えると共に、第1、
第2および第4のメモリの記憶内容から求めた最適の運
動負荷を前記運動負荷表示器により表示するようにした
ことを特徴とする脈拍数による運動負荷自動調節装置。
