示した図、第４図はこの考案による低温保持容器の構成
図である。
図中、１はガス液化冷却器、３は低温保持容器、１２は
デユア内部底面、１４は基子基板、１５は赤外線検知で
ある。なお図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付
