    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 脱臭被処理ガスに加えられるオゾンを発生するオゾン発
    生機と、オゾンが加えられた後の脱臭被処理ガスが通さ
    れる活性炭等の脱臭用充填物を内蔵した脱臭塔を備えた
    脱臭装置において、上記脱臭塔においてその脱臭用充填
    物の支えを中空のパイプ状に形成して、このパイプ内に
    オゾン発生機に供給する原料空気を通し、この空気とパ
    イプを介してパイプの外周を通る脱臭被処理ガスと熱交
    するようにして成る脱臭装置。　　“
