給する第1手段と、上記レベル検出用センサに流体がな

しく逆極性の電流を上記増幅器の入力側へ供給する第2
手段と、上記被測定流体内に配され、その被測定流体の
誘電率に応じた静電容量をもつ補償用容量素子と、その
補償用容量素子の静電容量に対応し゛、かつ上記第1手
段の電流と蓮極性の電流を上記増幅器の入力側へ供給す
る第3手段と、上記補償用容量素子が上記被測定流体内
にない時に上記第3手段により供給される電流と等しく
逆極性の補償電流を上記増幅器の入力側へ供給する第4
手段と、上記増幅器の入力電流がゼ用こなるように、そ
の増幅器の出力に応じて上記補償用容量素子の電流及び
上記補償電流を制御する手段を有し、上記増幅器の出力
側に被測定流体レベルに応じた出力を得る静電容量式レ
ベル測定装置。
