図中、１は導波管、２はマウント棒、３はチョーク棒、
４は短絡ネジ、５はダイオードである。
なお、図中、同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付し

Claims (1)
置に、チョーク棒、短絡ネジ及びマウント棒を用いてダ
イオードを保持し、マウント棒が導波管内の一部を横断
して成る導波管形スイッチにおいて、上記チョーク棒と
短絡ネジの回転中心から導波管内にあるマウント棒の一
部または全体を偏位させた事を特徴とする導波管形スイ
