ガされかつデータの１ブロツクの半分の時間幅を設定し
た第３の七ノアルチと、この第３のモノマルチの出力を
与えられて平均化し回転速度に応じた電圧の信号を得る
’ｏ−７パスフイルタとを具備する回転記録媒体の回転
