置の出力を入力として放電状態の良否を判別する判別装
置と、該判別装置の出力により前記ノズル装置をワーク
に対して進退させるノズル駆動装置とを備えたことを特
徴とするワイヤカット放電加工装置。 2 前記判別装置の出力により加工液の液圧を制御する
装置を前記加工液供給装置が備えたことを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のワイヤカット放電加
工装置。
