[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing sewing dolls, and
l! A piece of body fabric formed in the expanded form of a body body, consisting only of a nine-headed head and a torso, excluding protruding parts such as legs, hind legs, ears, tail, etc., front legs, hind legs, The tail was cut out from the cloth in an unfolded shape to form fabric for the front legs, fabric for the hind legs, and fabric for the tail.A reinforcing core material was inserted into the fabric for the front legs and the fabric for the hind legs, and both sides of each were folded inward. Glue to form the front legs and hind legs, fold both sides of the tail fabric inward and glue to form the tail, and attach both front legs and tail to the body fabric.
Fold it in half, sew the circumferential edge into a bag shape, turn it over so that the inside surface is on the outside, fill it with filler to form the body body, and attach the hind legs from both sides to the body body. It is characterized by having eyes, a nose, ears, etc. attached to the head.

As shown in Fig. 14, the conventional ridge-stitched doll is made by cutting the animal of the sewing doll into a large number of strips in its expanded form.
A bag-shaped head was made by attaching M arrow paper, and stuffed with cotton, etc. to form the head, and the head was sewn onto the made body using the same method.

Maku The front legs, hind legs, tail, etc. of traditional sewing dolls are cut out from roughly rectangular cloth in an expanded form, and the lengthwise sides are tied together, folded into a two-fold paper, and the two sides are folded together. After forming the - into a bag-like shape by hanging the sides at a constant thickness, fold the formed bag-like bag inside and out so that the inner side is on the outside so that the seams do not come out. Then, the inside was stuffed with cotton, etc., and the opening was sewn to create the impression of legs and tail.

However, it is difficult to fold this long, thin piece of cloth in half and sew both sides of it with a sewing machine, and it is impossible to sew a long bag-like object inside and out.
There was a lacuna to become one.

Furthermore, if the surface of the sewing doll has long flocked hair, overlapping both sides of the long-rusted flocked fabric and sewing on the sewing machine increases the thickness of the fabric, which is extremely technical. This friend has the disadvantage that if you hang the sides of a long, thin and thick double-folded paper, the cloth will shift and you won't be able to make realistic legs and tails.

Furthermore, these 2-shin hanging and Hitsukufikaegeshi required a high degree of skill and a considerable amount of time.In this way, conventional methods have been used to improve Fi, especially mini-sizes with a total length of 10 or less. Since it was technically impossible to produce the Ningyo dolls for public use by sewing them together, the only way to make them was to hand-sewn them, making them extremely expensive.

Conventional sewn dolls are made by first folding both sides of a long and narrow piece of cloth, folding them together, sewing the sides together to form a bag shape, and then folding the edges to form a bag. However, for small sewing dolls, this sewing is extremely difficult, and even for small sewing dolls, it is technically impossible to remove or return the bag-like body, which is too thin. was extremely difficult to manufacture, but according to the present invention, sIr
Since there is no need to twist or turn his legs or tail, it is easy to make, so the production efficiency is significantly improved, and! It does not require any special manufacturing skills and can be done by housewives working at home, so it has the advantage of being cheap to manufacture.

The head and body of a sewn doll are made by simply folding the body fabric in half and sewing the peripheral edge with a sewing machine, so there is a risk that the head may wobble. There is no need for the production process of sewing the head to the body.
Furthermore, since only the head does not require an O production process, it can be produced easily and in an extremely short period of time, making it possible to produce young fruits with great production efficiency.

The body fabric is formed by dividing the body fabric into two pieces from both sides of the body side and extending from the buttocks toward the head to form a single unfolded piece, so both front legs and the tail form the body. It has the effect of being able to sew the body fabric into a bag shape, and it also has the advantage of being able to sew the body fabric into a bag shape. It also has the advantage of having more straight parts and fewer curved parts, making it possible to form a round body fabric. It has the effect of being easy to put on.

The hind leg fabric is made up of a circular thigh fabric and a rectangular foot fabric connected to this, which has the effect of forming the thigh and hind leg into one piece. A part of the reinforcing core material is made to protrude within the fabric, and a filler material is sandwiched between the reinforcing core material and the thigh fabric area, so it is not reinforced when the hind legs are attached to the body. Because the core material is confined within the body, the hind legs do not wobble.
