【発明の詳細な説明】 従来スキーソール面にテップマークを装飾したスキーを
製造する場合にはポリエチレン等の半透明のソール材の
上面にテップマークをインクで印刷したものの上面にF
RPを接着剤にて接着した複合ソール材をスキー形状に
カットした部材をモールド内にセットしてウレタンを注
入してインジェクション成型をしていた。この方法で製
造されたスキーはテップマークは半透明のソール材を透
して見なければならない為鮮明度が足りなかった。

本発明のスキー製造方法によるスキーはウレタンが複合

することができる。又、従来のようにインクによるソー
lし材上面への印刷が不要な為インクの接着力不足によ
るソール材とFRPのはく離の危険性がない。又、ソー
ル材として半透明、不透明にかかわらずポリエチレン等
の材料を使用する事ができる。
