のある溶融合成樹脂を射出してインサート成形を行うこ
とにより、バンド表面層の裏面側に軟質合成樹脂のバン
ド主体が一体的に接合され、このバンド主体の成形樹脂
内にバンド表面層の加飾部が埋入された合成樹脂製の腕
時計バンドを得ることを特徴とする合成樹脂製腕時計バ
ンドの製造方法を記載している。

との間に1枚のフィルムシートが介在することとなるた
め、溶融合成樹脂の帯有熱はこのフィルムシートにより
緩衝されて印刷面に伝わる熱量がごく小さくなり、従っ
て印刷面の印刷インクが溶けて滲んだり、変色を生ずる
ことがなく、初期の鮮明な状態を保持したままにて裏側
部材との接合ができることとなる。

なお、合成樹脂フィルムシートとしては前記のほか、ポ
リエステル,PVC,ナイロンやフッ素系材質のものを
使用することもあり、また接着剤としてはナイロン樹脂
やウレタン樹脂系のホットメルトタイプやウレタン樹脂
系の2液反応型タイプのものが適している。
