【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は雪止め瓦における輪形のくり抜きをプレス成型
動作中に自動的に行わしめる様にした雪止め瓦の輪形く
り抜き装置に関するものである。

本考案はかかる欠点に鑑み、下型に輪形くり抜き用のカ
ッターを装備せしめると共に該カッターの出入を操作せ
しめる別体の機構を係脱自在に設けしめて上記欠点を解
消せんとしたものにして、以下本考案実施例の一例を図
面に基づいて説明すると、 1は各種プレス成型機(図示せず)に装着された雪止め
瓦戊型用の下型であり、成型後は前方へ反転制御されて
成型素地2が取出される様に構威し、又下型1の内部に
は成型素地2の輪形3に対応する輪形成型部4を設けし
めている。

18を介して連繋せしめて戒るカッター出入操作機構部
を設けたので、雪止め瓦の輪形3のくり抜きを成型動作
と同時に自動的に行わしめることが出来るため連続生産
が可能となり、而も下型1の反転時には輪形くり抜き機
構部5とカッター出入操作機構部13が自動的に離脱す
るため下型1の反転に支障を来たすことがなく、又カッ
ター8の出入は電動機19の回転を直線運動に変換せし
めることにより操作するので空気圧又は油圧等により機
構に比しコンプレッサーやポンプ等の付属設備を要さず
経済的である等その実用的効果甚だ大なるものである。
