A so-called tape masking method is used in which a parting line 3 is added in between and the painted area 1a is painted.
Since a is close to each other, it is necessary to attach another masking tape 2' shaped to the core part, which is not only time-consuming and troublesome, but also especially when the shape of the member 1 to be coated is complex. There are problems in that the masking tape 2 tends to have wrinkles, gaps, etc. in areas where it is difficult to apply, which reduces the yield, and the appearance quality of the parting parts varies and the quality deteriorates. Also, the adhesive of the masking tape is baked and painted The heat from the opening transfers to the member 1 to be painted, which not only takes time and effort to clean, but because the masking tape 2 is coated with adhesive as described above, it cannot be used repeatedly. There was also the problem that it took two generations of tape.

Therefore, the present invention includes a thin sheet, a presser member provided on the side edge of the sheet, and an elastic engagement member that tightens the presser member. A mask jig consisting of a stopper is stretched along the edge of the non-painted surface of the member to be coated, the member to be coated is painted in this state, and the mask jig is removed to the core coating station 1. The intended purpose is achieved by providing a partial painting method for a member to be painted in which a parting line is formed between the painted surface and the non-painted surface.
以下、本発明を図示せる実施例に随って説明する。The present invention will be described below with reference to illustrative embodiments.

A wire 13 serving as a holding member is attached to both sides of the sheet 120, and a hook 15 is attached to one end of the wire 13 to engage a locking hole 14 drilled in one side of the coating jig.
At the other end of the wire 13, a mask jig C is prepared, in which a spring hook 17 is attached, which engages with a retaining hole 16 formed on the other side of the painting jig.

(See Figures 2 and 3) When attaching the skeleton mask jig C to the member a to be painted, the hook 15 is engaged with the retaining hole 14, and the
While pulling the other side of the sheet 12, round grooves are installed at positions corresponding to the parting lines on both sides of the non-painted surface 110 of the blood-covered member a.
(While fitting the wire 13 into the wire 18 (see Fig. 4), apply a certain force to the spring hook 17 attached to the other end of the wire 13 and lock it into the locking hole 16 of the painting jig. The groove 18 should be deep enough for the wire 13 to hang thereon, thereby preventing the shear wire 13 from coming off and reliably holding down the parting line of the covered member a.
The painted portion 19 of the member a to be coated is coated using a spray gun (not shown), and the mask jig C is placed in an oven for quenching. After the hardening, the mask jig C is removed, and it is desirable to replace the mask jig C only to the extent that the paint does not stick to the sheet 12 (4 to 5 times). Furthermore, the mask jig C is not limited to the one in the above embodiment, but may be formed of a resin film similar to that in the above embodiment on the upper surface of the member to be painted a', as shown in Fig. 5 0), ←). 12' and then place the part to be painted a on top of it.
It is also possible to use the sheet 12' by fitting the wire 13' into the groove 18 formed in the LC and pressing the fitting 12', and then joining both ends of the sheet 12' with clips or welding. In this case, even if the width of the non-painted surface 11' of the member a' to be painted changes, it can be accommodated. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 6, it is also possible to make a mask jig using only the sheet 12' without using wires, but in this case, there are parts to be painted a on both sides of the sheet 12'.
It is necessary to provide a retaining part that engages with the groove 18', and it is also necessary to provide a locking hook at one end and a spring hook (not shown) at the other end.

In addition, the sheet of the mask jig is not coated with adhesive, so it can be used repeatedly, and since the adhesive does not adhere to the parts to be painted, cleaning work can be reduced and work efficiency can be improved. can be improved.

Further, as in the embodiment, if a groove is provided along the non-painted surface of the member to be painted and the wire (pressing member) is locked in the groove, positioning can be easily performed.
