    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 互いに直交する２個のナイフェツジを有する移動板と、
    この移動板を上記ナイフェツジに対して４５度の角度を
    なす方向に直線移動自在に支持する手段と、同移動板を
    上記方向に直線移動させる手段と、上記ナイフェツジの
    移動によって遮蔽されるビームの透過光を受光する受光
    素子と、上記ナイフェツジの移動量および上記受光素子
    の出力からビーム径を演算もしくは表示する手段を具備
    してなるビーム径測定装置。
