    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 同一メモリセルに対し行列両方向にそれぞれ読出す手段
    を備えたメモリ素子において、同一メモリ素子上に行列
    両方向にパリティチェックビットを備え、゛行列同時ま
    たは行および列を継続して読出し、同一行および列に属
    する記憶セルの読出しによるパリティチェックを施し、
    両パリティチェック共誤りを検出したときは、両読出し
    に共通する記憶セルの読出し信号を反転層出力する手段
    を備えてなり誤り訂正を行うことを特徴とする半導体メ
    モリ素子。　　　　　゛
