貯湯槽には給水源に連結される給水口が開口されるとと
もにこの貯湯槽の水位を一定に保つオーバーフロ一槽が
配設され、このオーバーフロ一槽内には前記貯湯槽の水
面より下位の水面を感知して給水源からの給水を遮断す
る水面感知手段の水面検出部が配設され、前記オーバー
フロ一槽と給湯を行う給湯管とが遅延手段、逆止手段又
は逆U字形のサイホン管を介して連結されるとともに前
記貯湯槽が前記給湯管ど分岐手゛ 段によって連結され
、前記集熱部と前記貯湯槽とを連結する循環管と前記貯
湯槽との連結部が前記水面感知手段が感知する前記オー
バーフロ一槽内の水面よりも上方に配設され、前記集熱
部の最底部には排水口が形成され、この排水口には低温
開閉手段が連結され、外気が一定温度以下になった場合
に前記低温開閉手段が開となり前記集熱部及び前記循環
管内の温水が排水口から外部へ排水され、この際前記水
面感知手段は作動せず給水口からの給水も行われないこ
