[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to an adhesive application nozzle that can use a two-component reactive adhesive regardless of its pot life and shorten the curing time of the adhesive.

Recently, two-component reactive adhesives have been developed as adhesives mainly composed of acrylic or epoxy.

That is, taking an acrylic adhesive as an example, when acrylic adhesive liquid A and acrylic adhesive liquid B are brought into contact with each other or mixed, a curing reaction occurs and the adhesive is cured and bonded.

Conventionally, this two-component reactive adhesive has been mixed in advance and used by pouring it out from a single adhesive application nozzle.

This method is a surefire way to shorten curing time, but
Because this two-component reactive adhesive starts a curing reaction immediately after mixing, it has a short pot life, and only the amount that can be used during the pot life can be prepared, which poses problems in terms of productivity. Ta.

In addition, another method has been developed in which the adhesive is stirred in the adhesive application nozzle and poured out, but in this case, the adhesive application nozzle may become clogged due to curing when used continuously. Although this does not occur, the adhesive hardens and the nozzle becomes clogged if the product is left idle for a long time, so the nozzle must be replaced the next time it is used, or it must be stored at a cold temperature when it is not used, which is not very practical. It was something.

First, in FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 indicates a plurality of inner nozzles, and a large-diameter outer nozzle 2 is arranged on the outer periphery of the inner nozzle 1. A pipe 3 is connected to the outer nozzle 2, and a pipe 4 to which adhesive B liquid is supplied is connected to the outer nozzle 2.

According to this configuration, adhesives A and B come into contact or mix at the position where they are poured out from the tip of the inner nozzle 1, and a curing reaction occurs for the first time here.

As the adhesive application nozzle of the present invention is constructed as described above, continuous use is possible even when using a two-component reactive adhesive, and even if the nozzle is stopped for a long time in the middle, the nozzle will not become clogged due to hardening of the adhesive. It is extremely advantageous in terms of productivity as it does not cause any problems, and since there are multiple inner nozzles, the two adhesives can contact and mix quickly, shortening the curing time, making it practical. Moreover, since one adhesive liquid is divided into multiple parts, the reaction and curing with the other adhesive liquid poured out from the outer nozzle can be completely cured without leaving any uncured parts. It can be carried out.
