Claims

Two orifices on the upstream side and downstream side are provided in series in the oil passage leading from the pump discharge port to the actuator, and a third orifice is provided in parallel on the chair before and after the series orifice. A portion of the pump discharge volume is returned to the pump suction port from between the upstream and downstream orifices so as to maintain a constant pressure difference, and this reflux volume is increased by displacement in the direction of the upstream orifice.
