Claims (1)
フ弁により所望の設定圧まで急速に減圧可能な流体室と
、一端に該流体室内の流体圧が作用しかつ他端がばねに
より弾圧されていて該流体室内の流体圧の増減に応じて
該ばねを押圧移動するピストンと、該ピストンと共に移
動して二つのポート間の流通面積を変化させる流量調整
弁とを有し、該流量調整弁がアクチュエータの主流体回
路に接続されるようになっていることを特徴としたアク
