する可動リンク１２を被係合部２５側から筒状部１１に
伸縮自在に内嵌し、筒状部１１の先端側に可動リンク１
２が伸張した際に被係合部２５と係合する抜止ピン２８
を設け、この抜止ピン２８を介して筒状部１１に操作具
３３を枢支し、この操作具３３に可動リンク１２が収縮
した際に切欠部２１内に入り且つ被係合部２５と係合す
るロックピン２２を設けて構成されており、前記抜止ピ
ン２８の軸線Ｂは被係合部２５と係合状態にあるロック
ピン２２の軸線Ａよりも上位に位置していることを特徴
