支し、この係止具２２に切欠部１９内に進退自在なロッ
ク部２２ｂと回動するための操作部２２Ｃとを形成し、
前記可動リンク１２に、その伸張時にロック部２２ｂと
係合して抜止めが為されると共に収縮動作が許容される
第１係合部３２と、収縮時にロック部２２ｂと係合して
伸縮動作を阻止する第２係合部３３とを形成したことを
