ンデンサ、Ｒ１，Ｒ２：抵抗、Ｌ２：チョークコイル、
Ｔ；制御トランジスタ。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一定方向に電流を流し電流の出力端が共通接続された２
    個の半導体素子のサージ電流吸収回路であり、夫々の半
    導体素子の電流の入力端と出力端間に抵抗の両端にコン
    デンサを接続した直列回路による閉回路が形成できるよ
    うにＹ型に接続された回路からなるサージ電流吸収回路
    。
