Abstract

PURPOSE:To disperse or dissolve a hydrophilic substance in water simply and easily, by using a mixture prepared by compounding a specific substance in a certain substance in a definite ratio as the dispersing or the dissolving assistant of the hydrophilic substanc. CONSTITUTION:In dispersing or dissolving a hydrophilic powdery substance such as starch or dextrin, one prepared by compounding carbonate or bicarbonate of an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal and quhternary ammonium in primary phosphate of an alkali metal, an alkaline eartal metal and quaternary ammonium in primary phosphate of an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal and quaternary ammonium in a ratio 1:0.8-1.2mol is used as the dispersing and the dissolving assistant of the hydrophilic substance. By this method, the hydrophilic substance is dispersed or dissolved in water simply and easily without necessitating a special installation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention can be used by being added to a hydrophilic fine powder substance in order to facilitate the dispersion or dissolution when the fine hydrophilic powder substance is dispersed or dissolved in water. Regarding additives, -
In particular, at least one alkali metal, alkaline earth metal or quaternary ammonium phosphate or acid pyro-Nj salt, an alkali metal, alkaline earth metal or quaternary ammonium carbonate, bicarbonate or It is an object of the present invention to provide a dispersion or solubilizing agent for a hydrophilic powdery substance in water, which contains at least one type of sesquicarbonate in a proportion of 170.8 to 1.2 moles. When dispersing or dissolving an aqueous substance in water, it is often experienced that it is difficult to dissolve or disperse it, even though the solubility and dispersibility of the substance in water is relatively high. For example, when dissolving starch or dextrin in water, or dissolving (dispersing) wheat flour or Katakuri flour in water, it may take a very long time to dissolve, or the fine particles may aggregate and form clumps. Are known. These difficulties are often solved by methods such as raising the temperature during dissolution and mechanically stirring at high speeds, but it is difficult to solve this problem in places where such equipment is not available, such as when working outdoors, or when using hydrophilic substances. Depending on the type, heating, stirring, etc. may not be allowed, so it cannot be applied to all cases.

Hydrophilic powdery substances to which the present invention is applicable include, firstly, substances that are essentially water-soluble but require a long period of time to completely dissolve in water, or Coagulation and solidification lead to deterioration and make it difficult to obtain a uniform aqueous solution.
Other substances are not completely soluble in water, but have a high affinity for water, and when mixed with water, they form an aqueous liquid that is uniformly dispersed in water, but it is difficult to obtain a uniform aqueous liquid. Substances that have the same adverse effects as those mentioned above can be mentioned. Depending on their physical state, some of these substances are relatively easy to dissolve and do not form lumps when made into an aqueous dispersion; These cases are excluded because they do not require the addition of the auxiliary agent of the present invention.

Example 1 20 parts of the slow-dissolving hydrophilic substance shown in Table 1 was mixed with a predetermined amount of the solubilizing agent shown in Table 2 according to the present invention, and this was added to water at 18° C. that was 40 times the weight of the mixture. As a result of stirring for about 3 minutes, the solubility of the hydrophilic substance was found to be extremely good as shown in Table 1.

In contrast, the results were obtained by adding the hydrophilic substances shown in Table 1 to 18°C water of 40 times the weight of the substance and stirring for about 3 minutes without using the solubilizing agent according to the present invention. However, as shown in Table 1, most of the mixture became lumps, making it difficult to dissolve them uniformly in water.
